Due to the nature of herbal wellness products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. No Refunds

Refunds are not applicable once the order is confirmed and shipped.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. After verification, we may offer a replacement.

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
